We greet you all in the Wonderful name of Jesus, and we trust that you are all moving on in the things of God.

We urgently request that you would join with us in prayer for our brother John Patrick, who has received a bad report concerning his Health.

John Patrick has been lead to come to Ireland from the USA to serve the Lord here in Donnybrook Church, and has for the last 5 years been exemplary in his conduct and has served in various capacities ranging from the Kids ministries to the Young adults. He has lead various Mission Trips to India and Armenia, and has served with distinction on the Mission Ireland teams and spearheaded many short term mission trips in Ireland.

John  married Nikki here in Cork just over 2 years ago and they have a young toddler, Samuel.

In early September John was diagnosed as having cancer in the back, and has undergone various courses of Radiotherapy and Chemotherapy, which is a battle in itself.  Just a week ago we were informed that the cancer has spread to his brain.

Understanding the seriousness of the diagnosis, but remembering that we have a God who can heal and whose arm is not too short to save, we ask you (and your Assembly) to join with us as we seek God to intervene and heal John.  Also if you could remember his wife, Nikki and son , Samuel in your prayers, that God would strengthen them and meet all their needs as they stand beside John in this trying time.
