We have been stirred in recent times to realize the great need in our world and have felt the call of the Holy Spirit to reach out to those who are in desperation. It is a blessing to provide for widows and orphans and to pray for the sick, whilst understanding that the greatest need in a person’s life is to know Jesus as their Lord and Saviour. Working with local churches in each country, God has opened up doors to encourage and support those working in some very difficult circumstances.
Mission teams have travelled to Latvia in 2005 and 2007, Moldova in 2006 and 2007, as well as Zambia in 2007. The teams have learned the meaning of Acts 20.35: "I have showed you all things, how that so labouring ye ought to support the weak, and remember the words of the Lord Jesus, how he said, it is more blessed to give than receive.
