EVANGELISM:
A heart for the lost reflects the heart of Christ. This year, the Lord has placed an ever-increasing urgency in our hearts to share The Gospel with those around us as never before. Whether in the home, amongst neighbors, in the workplace, the classroom, or on the streets of Cork, the hour is late, and the time to share the Good News about Jesus is today! At Donnybrook everyone has a testimony to share. Every Christian is to go out into the world and make the salvation of Christ known. God has done great things in the heart of every individual who has stepped out in faith to share Christ on the streets of Ireland. Here is one of the testimonies that has come out of the Street Evangelism ministry:
Testimony by Eoin O' Sullivan
"It was two and a half years ago when I first went on the streets of Cork city to evangelize. Prior to that Saturday morning, I was so nervous about standing in the middle of the people I grew up with in order to proclaim that Jesus was the only way to salvation. I asked a Christian neighbor to pray for me; that night I felt the boldness of Christ rise up within me. God spoke to me from 2 chronicles 17:9 they took copies of the book of the law of the Lord and traveled through all towns Of Judah teaching the people. To the disciples Jesus gave the great commission to go and preach the gospel to every creature, and now as disciples of Christ it is our commission.
After spending two summers evangelizing in Ireland it is clear that people are in desperation for the reality that is only found in a surrendered life. Religion has confused the population and materialism has left them in a place of emptiness and frustration. As they begin to cry out for someone to lead them to Calvary, it is a reality that the "harvest is ripe but the workers are few". To let God speak through you into someone's situation is one of the most inexpressible joys. God searches the whole earth for one person that will say "here I am Lord use me.”

We rejoice to see what Christ is establishing in His church; and how He will use normal people to do His mighty work on the streets and in the Nation of Ireland.
